3D Print Stack

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026.

This page explains what 3D Print Stack collects, why, who else sees it, and how long it’s kept. 3D Print Stack is run by 30th West Technology Solutions LLC. The short version: we keep what it takes to run your shop’s account and the work you put into it. We don’t run advertising or outside analytics, and we don’t sell or rent anything about you or your customers.

Two kinds of information

There’s your account, which is about you and your shop. And there’s the work you put in, which includes your customers. The first is ours to look after. The second is yours. We store it so the product can work, and we don’t use it for anything else.

Your account

We keep your name, email address and password, your role on the team, and your settings. Your name and email address are encrypted where they’re stored. The password is stored as a one-way scramble that can’t be turned back into the password. If you turn on two-factor sign-in, its secret is kept encrypted. For your shop we keep its name, logo and the business details you enter.

If you create an API key, we keep only a one-way scramble of it, so it can be checked but never read back.

We use this to sign you in, run your account, and email you about it.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never reaches us. We keep Stripe’s reference for your account, the card type, its last four digits, and whether your subscription is active. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

The work you put in

That’s your customers, orders, quotes and calculations, products, the print files you upload, your printers, filament and print queue, and your purchases and expenses.

Each shop has its own database. Your customers’ names, email addresses and phone numbers are encrypted in it, and so are the customer details on orders and quotes. Files you upload stay on our server. We only open your data when you ask for help, or when we have to in order to keep the service running and secure. You decide what goes in, and you’re the one your customers deal with about it.

Your customers

When you send a quote, your customer gets a private link. If they accept it, we keep the time and the IP address it came from, encrypted, with the quote. That’s the record that they agreed to it.

If you’re one of our customers’ customers and want something changed or deleted, ask the shop that sent you the link. We’ll help them do it.

Signing up

The sign-up page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It sees your IP address and browser details. To stop one address opening many accounts, sign-ups are counted by IP address for an hour.

Email

We send email for signing in, confirming your address, resetting passwords and account notices, and to deliver the quotes you send. It goes out through Resend, which sees the address, the subject and the message. Resend’s privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How the product gets used

We count page views and actions ourselves, to see which parts of 3D Print Stack get used and whether sign-up works. We don’t use an outside analytics service, and we don’t set a cookie for it.

What the server records

Like every web server, ours keeps an access log. Each entry holds the IP address, the page asked for, the time, the page that linked you here, and your browser’s description of itself. We use it to keep the service running and secure. It’s cleared whenever the service is updated. There’s no fixed limit yet.

Sign-in attempts are logged: whether each one worked, when, and the account and IP address as one-way codes, plus the first part of the IP address. The log is kept for 90 days. To slow down password guessing, failed attempts are also counted by email address and IP address for one minute. An address with too many failures is blocked for a while.

What we record while you’re signed in

While you’re signed in, we record what you do, not what you type. Each entry holds the name of the page or button, whether it worked or was refused, which part of our code failed if the page broke, the kind of record involved but not which one, your account number, your shop, the time, and your browser and operating system without versions. It also holds your IP address as a one-way code, plus its first part. It never holds what you typed, what was on the page, file contents, web addresses or record numbers.

We use it to spot an account being misused. We’re alerted when one account is refused many times in a few minutes, guesses at record numbers, tries pages its role can’t open, downloads far more than usual, asks for files only attack tools look for, or tries to change a setting the page doesn’t offer. We may ask the account to confirm its password, or suspend it while we look. The alert names the account number, the shop, what happened and how many times. Nothing you entered.

This log is tied to your account, unlike the counts above, because its job is to spot one account misusing the service. Only we can read it. Shop owners see only when a member is suspended or reinstated. It’s kept for 90 days, then deleted.

Cloudflare

Every request to 3D Print Stack passes through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and delivers it. Cloudflare sees the same details the server log does. Its privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Fonts, icons and tools

The fonts come from our own server, including on the quote pages your customers open. Loading a page doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.

Inside your account, the icons load from jsDelivr, and importing a 3MF or G-code file into the product builder loads a zip tool from cdnjs, a Cloudflare service. Both see your IP address and browser details. jsDelivr’s privacy policy is at jsdelivr.com/terms/privacy-policy-jsdelivr-net.

When you look up a filament brand’s colours, our server asks filamentcolors.xyz. It sends the brand name and nothing about you.

Cookies

We only set the cookies signing in needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that stops other sites submitting forms as you, and a “remember me” cookie if you tick that box. None of them track you.

What we don’t do

There’s no advertising, no outside analytics, no tracking pixels and no session recording. Nothing about you or your customers is sold, rented or traded, and none of it is used to train AI models.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, jsDelivr and cdnjs, for the reasons above. Nobody else, unless the law makes us.

How long we keep it

Your account and your shop are kept while your account is open. When the owner deletes the shop, it and everything in it, files included, are deleted 30 days later. Until then, email us and we can undo it.

Records of what we charged you stay in our Stripe account for 7 years, for tax, even after the shop is deleted. That’s the shop name, the owner’s email, and the plan, dates and amounts. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.

Security

Traffic is encrypted between your browser and our server. The sensitive fields above are encrypted where they’re stored, and each shop is kept in a database of its own.

Children

3D Print Stack is a business tool. It isn’t meant for children under 13 and doesn’t knowingly collect anything from them.

Your requests

To see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, exported or deleted, email [email protected]. California residents have these rights by law. Everyone gets them here.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
