Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and 30th West Technology Solutions LLC, which runs 3D Print Stack. They cover your use of 3D Print Stack and the shop account you open. By signing up or using 3D Print Stack, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you’re agreeing for that business and you confirm you’re allowed to.
How we handle information is in the Privacy Policy. It’s part of these terms.
Your account
3D Print Stack is a business tool. You need to be at least 18 to open an account. Give us accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password safe, and turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you add to your team do.
Free trial
New shops get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the shop locks until you choose a plan. Your data stays put while it’s locked.
Plans and billing
Plans and prices are on the pricing page. You pay monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The team add-on is arranged with us and billed at the price on the pricing page.
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include tax. We’ll add any sales tax the law requires. If a price changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal on.
Late payment
If a payment fails, we’ll email you. If it stays unpaid, we can suspend your shop until it’s paid. Your data stays put while it’s suspended.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
Payments aren’t refunded, including for part of a billing period, unless the law requires it. If you think we charged you by mistake, email us and we’ll look into it.
Closing your account
A shop owner can delete the shop from its settings. That stops the subscription straight away, with no refund for the rest of the period. The shop and everything in it, files included, are deleted 30 days later. Until then, email us and we can undo it. After that, the data can’t be recovered, so export what you need first.
Your data
What you put into 3D Print Stack stays yours. You let us store and process it only so we can run 3D Print Stack for you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
You can download your print files and a backup of your quotes and products at any time. For a full copy of your shop, email us.
You confirm you have the right to store what you put in. That includes your customers’ details and every file you upload. If you print a design, you’re responsible for having the right to print and sell it.
Your customers
Quotes and orders are between you and your customer. We aren’t a party to them. You set your own prices and terms, and you’re responsible for them.
When a customer accepts a quote, 3D Print Stack keeps the time and the IP address it came from. It’s up to you to decide whether that’s enough agreement for a given job.
Estimates and outside data
Costs, print times and filament use in 3D Print Stack are estimates from the numbers you enter. Filament colour data comes from filamentcolors.xyz. Check them before you quote. We aren’t responsible for print results, material costs, or the prices you charge.
Acceptable use
Don’t use 3D Print Stack to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it
- send spam or messages people didn’t ask for
- upload malware, or files you don’t have the right to share
- make or sell items that are illegal where you are or where you ship them
- probe, scan, attack or overload 3D Print Stack, or get around its limits
- get into accounts or data that aren’t yours
- resell or share access, unless we’ve agreed to it in writing
Suspension
We can suspend or close an account that’s unpaid, breaks these terms, or puts 3D Print Stack or other people at risk. We’ll tell you why and what it takes to restore access, unless the law or a security risk stops us.
The service
We work to keep 3D Print Stack running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. It’s sometimes down for maintenance. We can change, add or remove features. If we ever shut 3D Print Stack down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.
No warranty
3D Print Stack is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it’s fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about 3D Print Stack is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Claims about your use
If someone makes a claim against us because of what you put into 3D Print Stack or what you print, or because you broke these terms or the law, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute goes to the state courts in Kern County, California, or the federal court for the Eastern District of California.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change matters, we’ll email shop owners before it takes effect. Carrying on with 3D Print Stack after that means you accept the new terms.
